Tom showed up for the quotation as promised. After agreement his team was on-site as promised with his coordinator keeping us informed of when the crew would be on-site. The job performed met all our expectations. Hurricane Ian was brutal to many here in Florida. We needed all new screening, new screen rails, replacement of all anchor screws that were pulled loose, and a new screen door. His crew painted all the rails and new rails to completely match each and made all look new. Cleanup of our job site upon completion was thorough. Thank you Tom and crew. I called and texted 9 other contractors only to be told your job is under $25K and to small for us to handle now! ~ Don K

I can’t say enough about Tom. Fast, reliable, very professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced. A+ experience and customer service! I called a few companies to get an estimate for patio re-screening and then I decided to call TD Screen. Tom came right away. He explained the whole process and provided an estimate within a few minutes. Incredibly honest guy! He re-screened and painted our patio in less than a week even though he said it might take 1 or 2 weeks to complete the job (based on weather conditions). I rarely give reviews, but Tom and Daniel went above and beyond. When our roll-up blinds were removed to replace the patio screens, the end pieces were damaged. I managed to replace them but wasn't able to reinstall them because new brackets were needed, meaning new anchors in the concrete ceiling. T and D came back a second time to drill and attach the new brackets and then installed the repaired blinds. Always very polite and charming. Thank you! ~ Martin G

Before going to Tom and TD Screen, I was trying to get a patio, of a property I manage, re-screened by another company. The other company came out, took estimates, then sent the invoice. I payed the “deposit” and that was when their professionalism ended. They began to push me to the back of their list and a month had gone by and my client began to get upset as nothing was getting done. I called that other company and simply said I would be going somewhere else with my business, explained the situation with my client, and stated I would like my deposit back. That same day, at 9 AM, I called TD Screen and Tom came out to give estimates the very next day, he was on time, very professional, and a pleasure to work with. The day after the estimate, Tom and his crew came out and finished the job in ONE day and did an outstanding job. My client was very pleased and Tom even installed a dog door in the screen so my client’s dog wouldn’t blow through the screen again. This company works fast & efficient. A agent came, inspected my screen, & gave me a free quote within the same day of me contacting them. He also informed me on things I wasn't aware of when it came to different types of screens. The agent then returned the next day, & finished the job in what felt like under 30mins. Called TD Screen because several sections of spline had loosened and screens were open. Spoke to Tom and we agreed to a time the next day. Td Screen came out same day to replace the screens on my 2nd floor patio. Tomer had the screens on hand and said he could do same day. We agreed on a price and this guy worked from 12:15pm to 6:05pm basically taking one 5 minute break. Extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone who needs any type of screen repair or replacement. ~ Tim K
